When Will I Receive My Bill?

after your visit, you will receive your bill after your insurance processes your claim. if you do not have insurance, you will receive your first bill approximately 30 days after services are rendered. you will receive a bill monthly thereafter, until your accounts are resolved in full.

Am I Able to Receive My Statement Electronically?

Using MyChart to Get Billing Statements and to Pay Your Bill

How Do I Access Current and Past Billing Statements?

under the column "account type" locate the row with the account you wish to view statements on and select "view account detail."

under the heading "statement history" you will see the statements listed by statement date. click on the envelope icon/statement date you wish to view.

your computer's download manager will prompt you to open or save the pdf. click open to view, print or save the statement.

How Do I Enroll in Automatic Payments on MyChart?


from the "billing" icon at the top, select "view and pay my bill"

accounts with an outstanding balance will have a "set up payment plan" button available under the "amount due" column

click "pay" on the account you wish to set up automatic payments. the full balance will be displayed and under step 1 will be a link to "set up a payment plan". click on this link.

on the following page you will be prompted to determine:

  1. The amount you wish to pay each month,
  2. The day of the month you would like payment to be made, and
  3. Payment method (card number, expiration date, and the like).

lastly a payment confirmation page will be displayed outlining the timing, method and due dates in your plan. to finish, select "start plan" at the bottom right of the page.

What If I Can't Pay My Bill?

if you're having trouble paying the full balance of your bill, we will charge:

  • a minimum monthly payment of $75, or
  • your total patient balance divided over 12 months (whichever is the greater of the two).

if you are unable to pay the minimum due balance, please contact our customer service department and we will review other financial options with you.

the patient/guarantor must submit current financial information when they submit their financial assistance application. you must provide the following information when you apply for financial assistance:

  • Financial Assistance Application

  • Letter explaining your current financial status
  • Copy of current bank statement
  • Copy of current credit card statement(s)
  • Copy of last year's tax return
  • Copies of paycheck stubs and/or other income from the past two (2) months
